Our website site uses cookies, but they do not identify users and we only use them to gather statistical information. Unless input from a user directly into a form, the site does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access it.

As Pertains to TRWAC CIC Directors, Staff, Committee Members and Volunteers

All personal information provided by TRWAC CIC Directors, Staff, Committee Members and Volunteers shall be held securely and not divulged or used without permission from the individual concerned. In some limited cases we may override this policy see “What we do with your information” above.

Any TRWAC Director, Staff, Committee Member or Volunteer found not to have followed this policy will be subject to disciplinary action and/or legal action as determined by provisions in the following laws:-

General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

 

Access to your information

You have the right to make a request for personal information about yourself, or another person if they have given their consent. This is called a subject access request.
